Course programme
Green Belts are the “worker bees” in any Six Sigma project. They can do much of the legwork; from gathering data to executing experiments in support of Black Belt projects. They also oftentimes independently deliver small to medium scale improvement projects. Green Belts must demonstrate proficiency in the core statistical tools by applying them for positive financial impact and customer benefits. They operate under the supervision and guidance of a Black Belt or a Master Black Belt in any organization, the number of greenbelts typically exceeds the number of Black Belts by a minimum ratio of 5:1
