The year 1974 marked the inception of Lokmanya Hospitals. With its humble beginnings as a 10 bedded hospital, this was a small medical unit manned by two full time specialists, Dr. V.G.Vaidya, General Surgeon, Dr. S.M.K. Hussainy, General Physician, and 2 associate doctors providing quality medical care to the residents of Pimpri and Chinchwad area, who otherwise travelled all the way to Pune for any medical aid.

Today, in its 30th year, Lokmanya Hospitals

have covered new ground and has an impressive track record of timely medical care, accurate diagnostic services, progress and constant upgrading of facilities. The result is a state-of-the-art, centrally located medical centre, offering a large range of services to a wide spectrum of people in search of health care.

Lokmanya Hospitals have evolved into an almost new identity.
