· What are the objectives of this course?

M.A. in Business Law has been designed in a manner to increase employability of those who enroll for it and make them stand out from their peers for a rapid career growth through modules which will develop practical legal skills like contract drafting and negotiation, reduce legal risks of the client and legal due diligence focusing on legal skills that complement and enhance the managerial abilities of a business professional.

· Requirements

Eligibility: The student must have Completed or should be in the final year/semester (results awaited) of any undergraduate course from a recognised university/college in India or abroad. In case, a student is awaiting the results, he/she must submit his/her result within 3 months of starting of the course.

What I would highlight: I found this course as a mechanism to reach desired goals. I believe that by way of this course I will get more holistic approach towards legal matters pertaining to running of an enterprise, compliances under the Companies Act, financial and tax aspects of businesses which are a part and parcel of my role as a HR professional.
