M.C.A [ Week-end ]

The Department of Computer Science and Engineering was started in January 1986 and a two year M.Sc., Programme in Computer Applications was offered during the academic year 1986 - 1988. The course was changed into a full - fledged 3 year M.C.A. Programme from the academic year 1987 - 1988. Subsequently a 3 year M.Sc.Computer Science (evening) programme was offered by the Department from the academic year 1991 and from the year 1994 it is being offered as a 2 years programme. The M.Sc. (Computer Science) programme is offered under regular stream from the academic year 2006-2007.

M.Tech (Computer Science), M.Phil and Ph.D (Full-Time and Part-Time) programmes are also offered in the Department.
