But due to my Transfer to an interior place in Assam, couldn't obtain my course completion certificate. Now iam in need of the same. What is the procedure to do so. Kindly guide me please. This is an advanced programme for those who want to become Professional Counsellors to work in Educational, Health, Correctional, Industrial, Social Service and other Institutions.
