M.A. Philosophy

The Mahatma Gandhi University offers M.A. Philosophy course to its students. It is one of the courses out of many courses offered by the university. The courses are planned in keeping with the competitive environment and making students capable of facing them.

The qualification for this course is 45% in Part III for D in the Faculties of Arts, Soc. Sc. and Sc.

Mahatma Gandhi University, always in the forefront of the higher education sector of Kerala, is now restructuring the study Programmes.The revised structure and content of these courses intend to attain new heights and horizons of knowledge emerging in the various phases of life. This new and meaningful changes gives emphasis on student choice and self-learning. Choice based credit semester system is the main feature of the new system. This new system will provide ample space for qualitative transformation from the existing system.

While attempting the reforms, the existing conditions relating to infrastructure, work load and staff pattern have been properly taken care of and provision for full utilization of the existing faculty is proposed
