M.A. Psychology is two -year full time degree course. In keeping with the new developments in the field of Psychology and its growing need in the society, the courses for M.A. Psychology had been revised sometime back. The core papers of M.A. Psychology are Cognitive Psychology, Personality, Self and Personals Growth, Research Methodology, Social Psychology, Neuropsychology, Research Methodology II, Cultural Psychology, Philosophy of Psychology. The optional papers are Applied Social Psychology, Cognitive Psychology, Clinical Psychology, Organizational Behaviour and Human Development. It has intensive field-training to develop profession skills and to orient students for the application of psychological knowledge. All the undergraduate, Post-graduate and PhD coursework programmes are being restructured currently.
