100 Percent 1st Class results obtained by the 1 st batch of M.Sc. Ecorestoration Students in their First & Second Semester.

Inaugurated the first Regional Ecorestoration Resource Center by Prof. Andre Clewell, Restoration Specialist, USA and Dr.N.R.Desai, Executive Director, Society for Ecological Restroation-India Chapter, Pune in 2005. Collaboration with Society for Ecological Restoration-India since 2004.

Inauguration of Wildflower Satellite Centre by Richard Scott, Landlife, National Wildflower Centre, Court Hey Park, Liverpool, UK in 2006.

In the Process for Resource Exchange with Brandenburgische Technische Universitat (BTU), Cottbus, Germany.

The department organized the 1st International Conference on Restoration Ecology in 2005 with keynote adress delivered by James C.Aronson, Researcher & Head, Restoration Ecology Group, Centre L.Emberger d'Ecologie Fonctionnellet Evolutive, Montpellier, France and A.F. Clewell Ecorestoration Restoration Specialists, USA.
