Master of Science in Information Technology is a two-year (4-semester) Post Graduate Degree Programme that aims at providing a comprehensive knowledge on fundamental concepts of computer system and the aspects of the modern day technology with a fairly concentrated exposure to the practical. The course has been designed to enable the students to get a comfortable entry into the industry by sharpening their technical skills, stepping ahead through the 4 semesters of the Programme. The Programme strengthens the foundation of the students in the subjects focusing on Programming skills, Data Structures, Communication Networking, Databases, Web interfacing and the like computer applications. It lays a sound foundation for an individual and enables oneself to pursue his further study in any of the specialized streams of computer applications.
