The department deals with mode of action and satellite mapping of Global spray properties. It also keeps itself abreast with current developments in Physics, Cosmic energy and Astrophysics. The lab is well equipped to cater to the needs of every student. It has modern equipment like ballistic Galvanometer, Spectroscope, Potentiometer, Meter Bridge Advanced Laser Equipment, Michelson Interferometer, Millikan Oil Drop Apparatus, Arc spectrum, Ultrasonic Interferometer and Diffract meter.
