M.Tech in Electronics and Communication Engineering

The institute currently offers the following three postgraduate degrees:
-M.Tech in Electronics and Communication Engineering (ECE); Computer Science Engineering (CSE); and, Communication and Computer Engineering (CCE).
-MS (By Research).
-PhD.

The goals of the postgraduate programs at the LNM Institute of Information Technology, Jaipur are: The development of scientific and engineering manpower of the highest quality; to cater to the needs of industry, R & D organizations and educational institutions; a broad grasp of the fundamental principles of the sciences and the scientific method; a deep understanding of the area of specialization; an innovative ability to solve new problems; and, a capacity to learn continually and interact with multidisciplinary groups. Above all, the students should have a capacity for free and objective enquiry and be aware and sensitive to the needs and aspirations of the society. With these goals in view, the postgraduate programs are designed to include courses of study, seminars and project/thesis through which a student may develop his/her concepts and intellectual skills.

For MTech, the first year is course based while the second year is for the thesis work. In case of MTech program, the candidates will be evaluated based on their performance in the courses and the thesis work will be continuously supervised by the supervisor(s).
