M.Tech Mechanical :Computer Integrated Manufacturing

Mechanical Engineering is a division of engineering that includes the usage of physics & chemistry ethics for the examination, plan, information & protection of various instruments and system. For the information, motorized engineering is the oldest & widest engineering programme. Masters of Technology in Mechanical engineering is a postgraduate degree programme, which is very vast in nature and covers every single area of designing, thermal & production engineering. This science needs good knowledge of kinetics, fluid mechanics, energy and thermodynamics.

Course Syllabus:

The M.Tech Mechanical (Computer Integrated Manufacturing) is divided into 4 semesters. Semester wise syllabus is enumerated as follows:

1st Semester: Following topics will be included in the 1st semester-

Statistics & probability of Engineering
Production Designs of Computer Applications
CAM and Inspection
Analysis of Finite Elements
Elective - 1
Computer Aided Designs and CAM Laboratory

2nd Semester: Following topics will be included in the 2nd semester-

Precision Engineering
Incorporated Manufacturing System
Computer Incorporated Manufacturing
Elective - 2
Elective - 3

3rd semester: Following topics will be included in the 3rd semester-

Robotics & Sensor
Highly Developed Material Machinery
Advancements in Numerical control System
Elective - 4
Elective - 5
Assignment Task - Phase 1

4th semester: Following topics will be included in the 4th semester-

Advancements in Production Management
Elective - 6
Assignment Task - Phase 2

Note: Out of six Electives, students are supposed to take two electives from Computer-Aided Design, two from Production and 2 from Computer Aided Metrology.
