M.Tech (Optical Communication)

This course is designed to introduce seniors in electrical and computer engineering to the physics and the design of optical fiber communication system. The course will focus on the fundamental behavior of optical components, their interaction with other devices in an optical fiber link and the design of basic optical networks.The engineering is aimed at those with a desire to study electronics, hardware system design or electrical technology, supported by a high level of computing skills. After completing the course electrical technology, supported by a high level of computing skills. After completing the course you will be prepared for work in many different areas of technology such as: Computer and Internet Engineering, Mobile and Digital Communications, Microwaves and Photonics, Real time Control and Robotics, Electronics and Microsystems Engineering or power and High Voltage Engineering.
