Management Foundation Series Program

The Management Foundation Series Program(MFS) is an introductory qualification suitable for secondary and post secondary students. It is a first level course available to those persons who have not studied management before or for those who have basic experience in management and now wish to update their knowledge and skills. The course is specifically designed to improve and further develop management skills which are necessary in todays fast moving business environment. It will benefit the students aspiring to secure management career, by strengthening the foundation in various management fields like Business, Finance, HR and IT.

-Workplace Communication
-Introduction to Financial Services
-Human Resources: Personnel Practice
-Introduction to Law
-Introduction to Computing
-Problem Solving and Decision Making The MFS programme consists of ten modules of which eight papers are required to gain international certification at the equivalent of level 4 on the New Zealand National Qualifications Framework (NQF). All papers are designed to provide coherence of subject and style, with optional papers building on the concepts developed in the core papers.

The Management Foundation Series Program is approved by New Zealand Institute of Management. Management Foundation Series program is designed for the students aspiring for a career in management. It's an online learning program through self study methodology.
