Master of Population Studies (MPS)

This programme is designed to inculcate fundamentals of population studies and
interface of population with other disciplines of social science, development and public
policy. Problems of youth and adolescence, reproductive health and gender issues are
given special attention. The module of the MPS programme is designed to make students
self- sufficient in basics of population science, computer applications, data collection and
analyses, preparing a report, taking part in group discussions and professional
presentation in seminars and conferences.
