Master of Social Work

MSW Program gets ready the candidates to construct a job prospective in social works. There is a numeral of talented career chances opened for the PGs in India & abroad in a variety of areas like HR management, labor welfare, industrial relations, industrial counseling's, hospital social works, psychiatric social works, social researches, rural & urban community development & administrations of NGO's .The candidate will be absorbe as HR managers, labor welfare officer, manufacturing Social Worker, psychiatric social worker, counselor, hospital administrators, project officer & project coordinator.

Program Structure:

The MSW Program is consist of 4 semesters with specialization:

-Personnel Managements & Industrial Relations
-Medical & Psychiatric Social works
-Community Developments

In this they consists of 4 programs in the 1st semester along with synchronized area work. The 2nd semester has 4 programs includes a particular paper. In the 3rd semester there are 2 special paper & 2 ordinary papers. In the 4th semester, there are 2 particular paper & 1 ordinary paper apart from projects works. Also the candidates endure block placements for period of 1 month in presumed organizations and institute. The candidates are also accessible in counseling, increase over from semester. The candidates are given chances in worldwide candidates exchanged programs.

Program Objectives:

Gives theory inputs on attitude, value, method, fields & approach of social works occupation & HR management.

Sensitized youth on different social matters by rising social awareness. Developed an imminent into one own self & the reason of specialized self in the helps occupation. Developed occupation ability & effectual involvement Strategy.
