Masters in Physiotherapy

The Masters Degree in Physiotherapy is a two year program consisting ofclassroom teaching, self academic activities and clinical postings. In the first yeartheoretical basis of fundamental Physiotherapy subjects are refreshed. In the secondyear, the students learn on the clinical conditions, physiotherapy assessment andadvanced techniques in their specialty. During these two years, the students will beposted in their area of specialty. The learning program includes seminars, journalreviews, case presentations, case discussions and classroom teaching. Some of theclinical postings are provided at other reputed centers in the country in order to offer awider spectrum of experience. The students are encouraged to attend conference andworkshop to enhance their knowledge during their entire course of the study. Universityexaminations are held at the end of first and second year. To fulfill their coursecompletion, the students are required to complete and submit their dissertation.
