MBA in Finance

The VIET MBA Programme was started in 2001 with affiliation to UPTU and approved by AICTE, Ministry of HRD with a dedicated infrastructure. The academic blocks are well supported by fully furnished Lecture Halls with modern amenities and teaching aids like LCD Projector, OHP, Audio Visual Aids, Language Lab, Computer Labs, Library, Seminar and Conference Halls.
It is a two year full time regular degree programme, which is divided into 4 semesters.

All the students have to undergo the prescribed Summer Training and Project Study at the end of 2nd and 4th semesters respectively which provides excellent opportunity to them for applying management concepts and techniques in real life situations.
The admission to MBA programme is through State Entrance Examination conducted by UPTU, Lucknow. The minimum qualification for admission is graduation degree with minimum 50% marks.

Finance:- “Arthah Sachivah” the base of the organization. Any organization starts with furnaces and proper utilization of finance give the boost to company. As a finance manager a student get the knowledge of funds requirements and fund utilization. In the specialization of finance the coverage is on cost of (capital), Capital structure, dividend policy, time value of money. Working capital structure which are more prevalent in modern world. A company has to depend on these aspects of finance for example, if a company works for M & A, then they must think for capital appreciation and which will be the functioning of finance manager and in VIET we provide an appropriate platform for the students in finance area to build their career in highly competitive area, with subjects like:-
1. Management of working capital
2. Security Analysis and Investment Management
3. Management of Financial Institution and Services
4. Tax Planning and Financial Reporting.
