A 2 year full time program with one year long paid internship in Human Resource Management profile to provides students the leading edge in real corporate world. The Human Resource major in MIBM is designed with an assortment of syllabus from Bharathiar University and subjects designed by MIBM's academic and industrial associates to build deep competency in dealing with Human Resources. There are certain practices that students are going to be looking at; and pursuing this MBA degree gives students the strategies to use. These are going to involve a lot of work in learning about labour laws. Learning these laws will help to guide students through the rights and wrongs of businesses. Students will know exactly what to look for in specific business settings.
Beyond the prescribed course and one year long internship, students are given an opportunity to explore a study sour in a developed economy. Every student will attend a mandatory "Global Educational Tour" (GET) in their second year. Students will have exposure to operations in different international companies to understand the management concepts better. Exposure to international universities will help them appreciate and share knowledge from management gurus across the globe. Every student will also submit a detailed project report on their GET to earn credits academically and to have a record of global exposure in management studies.
