Introduction & Legal Recognition

MBA+PGPM Regular is a unique dual certification programme at PERF India Institute of Management. The candidates who successfully pass all the examinations and complete all the academic requirements including attendance, assignments, projects, etc. shall be awarded two certificates: (1) Masters in Business Administration (MBA) to be awarded in distance learning mode by Bangalore University, Bangalore (India), which is legally approved by UGC/AICTE/DEC and is Asia's one of the oldest and largest universities and India's one of the top-10 universities rated 5 Star by the NAAC, UGC, Govt. of India. (2) Post Graduate Programme in Management (PGPM) to be awarded by PERF India Institute of Management, Ahmedabad. PGPM Regular consists of two independent sub programmes titled PGPM Part-1 and PGPM Part-2, each of 11 months’ duration.

The aim of this unique MBA+PGPM Regular programme is to provide sound conceptual, theoretical and practical understanding of various aspects of management with specializations. The students shall be provided special training in the areas of Leadership, Communication Skills, Computer Skills, Team Working, Yoga and thereby mould them to a socially responsible corporate professionals for the next millennium.

Pedagogy (Teaching Methods)
The pedagogy adopted consist of Case Study, interactive Lectures, Workshops, Presentations, Role Plays, Dramas & Movies, Websites, Research Projects, Assignments, Quizzes, Out Bound Training, Industrial Visits, Optional International Immersions (Foreign Study Tour), Summer Project, International Language, Book Reviews, Market Survey, Management Games, Examinations, Balance Sheet Reading, Yoga Workshops, etc.

Every student shall be undertaking Summer Placements for 7-8 weeks and working on a Summer Project. The topic for the same shall be mutually decided by the student, the company and faculty members.

All the students shall be provided 100% Placements Assistance. Various national and multinational companies shall be visiting for interviews and all the candidates shall be provided intensive training in advance. A Placement Brochure shall also be available in hard and electronic (DVD) copy for distribution.

The Placements Committee shall be working actively on every student's C.V. (bio-data), profile, communication skills, industry mentor, etc. and ensure that every single student performs excellent in the job interviews. However, it is primary responsibility of the individual student him/herself to be highly motivated, committed and work hard for the Placements.

Usually, the candidates with average record can expect salary of around Rs. 2.5 to 5 lakhs per annum. The candidates with some prior work experience may expect upto Rs. 10 lakhs per annum and above. The Salary package and the employment offer every candidate may get after completion of this programme depends upon various factors including macro-economic environment, individual academic record, work experience, performance in interview, etc. Hence, we at PERF India cannot commit or guarantee any particular level of expected salary.
