-Teaching/Learning Methods:

Teaching is heavily oriented towards case studies, presentations, quizzes, assignments, field visits and labs. A variety of seminars will be organized by students and faculty members during the academic session. There is a strong belief that true management education goes beyond the class room. The institute organizes international assignments for benefit of students, who get to learn how multinational organizations actually function globally.

-Course Structure:

The management program offers specializations in a variety of areas: HR being one of them. -Summer project requirement: To build the bridge between theory and practice, students are required to spend at least 6 weeks on a summer project between the 1st and 2nd year of the program.
