MBA in Systems Management

The MBA programme offered is a two year full-time management programme affiliated to Anna University, Coimbatore, with an intake of 90 students per batch, as per AICTE norms. The Department offers opportunities to students to specialize in following areas

• Marketing
• Finance
• Human Resources Management
• Systems and Production

The MBA programme, as per the University norms, consists of Six Trimesters. During the first Trimester the students are exposed to General Management papers and during the second and third Trimester the students are incorporated to core papers of Management like Human Resources, Finance, Marketing, Systems and Production. At the end of the Third Trimester students are exposed to industries for practical knowledge and are asked to submit a report on their experiences of the Industrial Study. During the Fourth and Fifth Trimesters students learn Management papers in their areas of specialization, And during the Sixth Trimester, students are permitted for research work with an objective to gain practical knowledge.
