The commencement of Master of Computer application course is one such significant and attractive process, which appeared in the year 2004. Approved by All India Council of Technical Educational (AICTE), the Department strives to provide a holistic approach towards technical education and career development for the generation. From its very inception, the department of MCA has considerably strengthened its faculty and curriculum to remain in touch with the emerging trends of educational programme. For the same, well-experienced faculty members and availability of Computer labs, such as Computer Organization Lab, Microprocessor Lab, etc. have been established with required materials. These establishments of Department of MCA actually considered as a right step in right direction. It is inevitable that with sincere efforts being made, clubbed with the hard work of well-qualified faculty, the institution would soon become a well-known institute in Stream of Computer science and Application in Uttar Pradesh.

The prime focus of the department is to impart fundamental as well as advance concepts in computer science to aspiring engineering graduates in order to provide a solid foundation for their successful career. We also inculcate soft skills to enable them to navigate in the competitive world of technical professionals. It is expected that a well-rounded education in computer sciences will further nurture and develop incisive logic, notion of physical concepts and the ability to transcend professional boundaries through high level communication skills.

The curriculum provides a broad-based education which develops strong linkages and inter-dependence between sciences and technology. The end goal of our curriculum is to create awareness for intellectual pursuits and a thorough understanding of the society and culture which they inhabit, in order to obtain skills that can lead them to successful and enriching careers, enabling students to critically examine their existence, their social responsibilities and their performance as technical professionals and valued citizens.
