MHRM (Master of Human Resource Management)

Objective

The Programme aims at inculcating specialized knowledge and skills required by managers who are responsible primarily of managing human resources and improving industrial relations.

Course Structure

The programme consist of four semesters each semester consisting of five papers / subjects. All papers are compulsory. The last paper (P. XVI) of III semester of MRHM course is "Project Report & Viva-voce" wherein the participants are required to do an assignment involving some real-world problem and write a report thereon.

Every participants will get a copy of the detailed syllabus for the entire programme at the beginning of the first semester.
