This department is running M.Com, MFC, MTA, BRIM, PGDBF and B.Com (Hons.) for which the Computer Application or the Course Contents of Computer is one of the compulsory subjects as per the need of the hour for which this department is maintaining a very small Lab with a little number of Internet Connections. The Department has further extended the existing structure of the Computer Lab to the level of 30 Computers with Internet Connections to educate the aforesaid classes. Beside, this department also has around 40 research scholars on its rolls which are also in need of a Lab which is to be operated with Internet facilities by the research scholars for the purpose to collect the material from the Internet as most of the current topics and thrust areas of the researcher is lacking the research material in the journals which is available on Internet.
