You will have to go through a selection process which will comprise of a test and interview.
We want candidates with excellent communication and client facing skills ONLY and well conversant in ENGLISH.

Selected candidates will start the training with an assured offer. The salary will start after the training. There will be no stipend during the training. The training duration is tentatively 4 to 6 months.

Selected candidates will have to follow professional practices and observe company rules from Day1 during the training itself.

But for freshers this training will be on a self sustained basis. We will give this training only to those candidates who will stay with us. The candidates will have to work with us for 2 years after the training. The candidates will get salary as per the market rate and also recieve annual increments.
