There is a strong impetus on overall personality development of the students
An innovative Personality Development Program (PDP) has been conceived and designed by the Institute with a focus on overall development of the students. The PDP includes courses in Stress Management, Time Management, Resume Preparation, Interviews, Presentation, Management Games and Soft Skills.

The Institute believes that to turn out globally competitive managers, the regular curriculum should be supplemented by additional inputs, which would ensure the overall development of the student's personality.
