Course programme

This course prepare student complete for advertising and promotional communication industries.
The course is divided into semesters and the syllabuses covered during the semesters are as follows:

Semester I:
Under this semester student get the basic knowledge of the communication that are some how related to the advertisement. This course involves teamwork, strategy, communication skills and writing skills. The Classroom teaching covers the subjects related to communication processes, consumer behavior, marketing, research, organizational structures, organizational communication, corporate communication, events, brands and brand management, introductory sessions in advertising and so on. During this course student are intend to work on different projects also. And at the conclusion, the student can choose the specialization area of there choice

Semester II:
During this semester student learns the basics as well as the advanced level of the subjects that are covers in previous semester. In this student covers the advanced level of advertising and its different types. During this a lot of innovative processes, such as introduction to art, design and copy writing also presented.
During this semester student are also have to do industrial internship for two months. Academic Committee's gives the approval of internship. During this semester, a learner a) learns to interact in a professional environment, b) learns from and contributes to the organization, c) makes useful contacts with industry professionals. After completing the internship student has to prepare a project report.

Semester III:
This is the most specialized semesters, during this course student learns about planning, different techniques of media and In this student also covers the details of the subject taught in semester II and similar to the semester II in this also student has to do internship and prepare project after that.

Semester IV:
During this semester student do the practical work more. During this they emphasis on workshops, industry talks and placement activity.
Internship: Post-coursework internship is optional, and is generally expected to be in an industry different from that in Internship I. The final objective of this internship is to secure a paid position for the student in that organization.
