Course programme

Food services is a rapidly growing area. More and more meals are eaten away from the home and managing this type of operation requires both management skills and a technical understanding. Hence this programme aims to produce managers who, after a period of work based learning, have the skills and knowledge to work effectively in larger scale catering and food service operations.
Students will be well equipped for management careers in conferencing, banqueting and other food service specialisms within large-scale organizations in both the public and private sectors.
