PG Diploma in Mediation

The prime objective of this programme inter-alia is to develop professionals in the field of Meditation, promote the abilities to understand the principles governing mediation and enhance necessary skills to understand the process and techniques involved in the Mediation Process.

This programme aims to minimize or reduce the huge backlog of cases pending before various courts by enabling the aspirant to become competent to settle the cases without going to court by adopting the techniques and process of Mediation.

The Material will be developed with the support of Mediation Centres working in Delhi under the jurisdiction of Delhi High Court.

Course 4 Bargaining and Negotiations
Course 5 Impasses, Barriers to Dispute Resolution and Appropriateness of Mediation etc.
Course 6 Professional Ethics and Mediation
