PG Diploma in Real Estate

The Diploma in Real Estate Business (REB) is designed to give you that edge! It is a multi-disciplinary course that trains students for various supervisory and management positions in the real estate market and the building industry. The curriculum has an ideal balance of business, technology, real estate and life-skill modules. Students will be trained in marketing, management, finance, investment and valuation of real estate. They will also be trained in the supervision and coordination of operations during the construction, upgrading and refurbishment phases of a building.
