The Department also offers M.Phil and Ph.D programs in different areas of Environmental studies. Duration for Ph.D programmes are three yeaaars for full time scholars and four year for part time scholars.Ph.D. or M.Phil students have to undergo a course work and they must pass through pre Ph.D. or M.Phil examination and submit their thesis / dissertation before the stipulated period. The candidate should give a seminar on the topic of research after obtaining positive response from the adjudicators.
