Extensive theoretical & practical training in Pool Lifeguard which consists of First Aid & CPR training, Pool Maintenance, Rescue Techniques, Soft Skill Training for Lifeguards, Swimming Skill Correction and others. The Assessment and Certification would be conducted by Sports Sector Skill Council [SPEFL SC], under NSDC, Govt. of India, at the world class facility of Centre for Sports Science of Sri Ramachandra University at Porur, Chennai.

Lifeguards work at swimming pools to keep swimmers safe. Individuals in this role would observe and supervise swimming areas to prevent accidents. Responsibilities include making swimmers aware of dangerous situations, and in an emergency carrying out a rescue procedure.
All men & women who knows swimming and intends to make a career as a Pool / Beach Lifeguard.
Indian citizen. Must know swimming. Basic Education.
The Pool Lifeguard Course is a Life- saving course. Not only a Lifeguard can rescue a victim in water but he/she is well trained to help a victim in land as well by providing him/her First Aid, CPR as the need be. Simultaneously along with the satisfaction of saving life , the candidates' can make a professional career for them in any country.
On receiving your request an academic officer will call you and mail you the details of the course along with the Admission Form. The Course Fees, Course Duration, Class Timing, Process of Admission would be explained in details.
The Pool Lifeguard Course conducted by Life Saving Society of India is approved by Sports Sector Skill Council under NSDC, Govt. of India.
The successful candidates would be provided job assistance in India & abroad.
