1. Introduction & Legal Recognition

Post Graduate Diploma in Human Resources Management (PGDHRM) is a unique programme of Narsee Monjee (NMIMS) University, Mumbai offered at PERF India Ahmedabad.

The candidates who successfully pass all the examinations and complete all the academic requirements including assignments, projects, etc. shall be awarded certificate from SVKM's Narsee Monjee (NMIMS) University, Mumbai in distance learning mode. SVKM's Narsee Monjee (NMIMS) is legally approved by UGC/AICTE/DEC and is Indian's one of the top-10 management institutes. []

PGDHRM focuses on various systems and aspects of Human Resource Management area. It highlights the competencies required for people management for the benefit of all professionals and provides inputs relevant to those in HR as well as those seeking a career in HR.

The pedagogy adopted consists of Evening Lectures, Study Material, Assignments, Projects and Examination. The major benefit of attending Lecture is timely completion of syllabus by our expert faculty members. Hence, there are less chances for students to fail in exams. Attending lectures also helps the candidates to make new friends and develop their professional network and contacts.

Many senior corporate professionals are invited regularly at PERF India for Guest Lectures, Seminars etc. The students are also invited to attend such events which help them to get practical knowledge from industry leaders.

The students are also provided support by Online Learning on website "eVidhyaa: The Learning Portal" which contains teaching notes, PowerPoint Presentations and past exam papers, etc. .

PERF India provides support of Electronic Notice Boards (popularly known as 'eNotice Boards') which are easiest way to get email updates about latest lecture time-table, examination deadline, form filling, fee payment, etc. This helps students to get all the latest information on day-to-day basis directly to their email address even if when they are travelling or they are unable to attend some lecture. .

Important: PERF India does not send any hard copy letters, emails or does not make any phone calls to remind the students about evening lecture time tables, form filling, exams, deadlines, fees payments, etc. Management education is all about self motivation and alertness. Hence, the students MUST be alert and keep themselves aware about various deadlines, etc.

9. 100% Placements Assistance

PERF India today has more than 300 satisfied and successful students working in reputed organisations such as Tata, Bajaj, Adani, Reliance, ICICI, Torrent, IIMA, Indian Army, L&T, HP, Kotak, Idea Cellular, SBI, Essar, Motorola, Hitachi and many other leading national and international organizations.

All the students shall be provided 100% Placements Assistance. Various national and multinational companies shall be visiting for interviews and all the candidates shall be provided intensive training in advance. A Placement Brochure shall also be available in hard and electronic (DVD) copy for distribution.

The Placements Committee shall be working actively on every student's C.V. (bio-data), profile, communication skills, industry mentor, etc. and ensure that every single student performs excellent in the job interviews. However, it is primary responsibility of the individual student him/herself to be highly motivated, committed and work hard for the Placements.

Usually, the candidates with average record can expect salary of around Rs. 2.5 to 5 lakhs per annum. The candidates with some prior work experience may expect upto Rs. 10 lakhs per annum and above. The Salary package and the employment offer every candidate may get after completion of this programme depends upon various factors including macro-economic environment, individual academic record, work experience, performance in interview, etc. Hence, we at PERF India cannot commit or guarantee any particular level of expected salary. However, we can assure that every single candidate shall be provided 100% Placement Assistance to assured employability for life. Kindly note that NMIMS does not provide any support for Placements for this programme and hence PERF India shall be charging a nominal fully-refundable fee after the first round of interview.

10. Time-Table

The time-table shall consist of Evening Lectures from 6:45 pm to 8:45 pm.

There might be some extra lectures on some public holidays and Sundays to accommodate faculty members coming from outside India.

However, the exact time-table shall be framed in such a way that corporate executives and working individuals can attend the programme successfully.

Usually, there shall be no lectures taken during office times of working days.

The evaluation shall be done by 20% Assignments and 80% in Examination. The passing marks are 50%. The Examinations shall be undertaken every May/June and December/January in Ahmedabad.

13. Accommodation & Hostel Facilities

PERF India invites candidates from outside Ahmedabad also. We shall help and assist you in the best of our capabilities to find you suitable accommodation and hostel facilities. We have various options including Hostel, Paying Guest or Private renting.

(b) In case any student fails in any of the exams and appears for Re-Exam, he/she will have to pay only Re-Exam fee.

15. Eligibility Criteria

All the admissions into this programme are on the basis of merits only. The following are the eligibility criteria:

Bachelors Degree (10 + 2 + 3) in any discipline from any recognized University or equivalent degree recognized by Association of Indian Universities (AIU) with minimum 50% marks at Graduation Level.

The following are the steps for Admission Process:

Step-1: Eligible candidates are required get Demand Draft for Application Process Fee.

Step-2: Submit ONLINE "Application Form: NMIMS Programmes at PERF India" on website ()

Step-4: Visit PERF India personally or send by courier the following documents to PERF India:

(a) Printed "CONFIRMATION MESSAGE" automatically generated from website after Online Submission on
/>(b) True Copy of all the required documents, photos, Demand Drafts, etc. as mentioned in the Application Form.
(c) Original documents (this shall be returned back after verification)

Please ensure that you get a 'Receipt' of the Admission Process Fee.
