What I would highlight: I like most about the course because of introduction of new technology in the environment and would like to controbute on inovating the exting technology and also teach some intelectual the important of IT to their daily opreational work

Many organizations describe Human Resource Management as a combination of administrative personnel functions with performance management, Employee Relations and resource planning. More commonly HR is the department that deals with hiring, firing, training, and other personnel issues.
