Post Graduate Diploma in Management

SVSM learning model shall involve a vibrant environment wherein there would be encouragement of individual preparations and group activity. The students and faculty through formal and informal feedback would continuously improve the learning processes. Emphasis would be on two-way teaching learning process by making the whole class participative. The purpose is to encourage faculty and students to generate an academic environment for the whole term.

Students would be exposed to powerful medium of case methods, both actual and simulated, so that he/she would comprehend the complex realities of business while sitting in the classroom. The purpose is to make him/her more confident to deal with the practical problems typical to the corporate world. The school would also take up the task of developing comprehensive case studies in diverse management areas, both fundamental and functional.

Project Work:

The project work would be another important activity of SVSM, which shall provide practical exposure to the budding managers for the development of managerial skills. Project work and course curriculum would be interwoven in such a manner that the student combines the theory and practice in all the six terms of PGDM course.
