This course is intended to impart complete knowledge on the TQM philosophy and methods so as to implement them effectively in the work place. Additional input in finance and other management areas is also offered to prepare the students to meet the requirements to be a manager / professional for overall prospective of the serving organization. They are also given an opportunity to carry out a project in TQM related subject with continuous guidance in their organizations which would help them to develop their capability to take up many assignments and control them for successful results
