Post Graduate Programme in HR Leadership

The course curriculum is designed to quickly and thoroughly prepare participants for a career in a global business environment. The aim is reflected in the compressed time frame, reliance on group assignments and a clear focus on global and contemporary business themes and challenges.

The program is built in partnership with our Industry Consortium to reflect a balanced focus in Business Excellence, Leadership Development and Skill enhancement. Addressing topics such as Innovation, High Performance and Corporate Growth, using an inter-disciplinary approach helps in building a thorough understanding of organizational issues and in sensitizing our participants to different functional perspectives.

The program is designed to supplement classroom learning by providing a set of experiences and explorations that help a participant transform into an effective leader. Being exposed to cutting edge thought and applications through a range of focused learning opportunities such as frequent interactions with leaders from different walks of life significantly contributes to their learning journey. A seven week Internship with Industry, Consulting and Research projects as part of the course, a year long project in the Not for Profit Sector and an opportunity to be mentored by a senior leader throughout the year make this course an ideal mix of learning through classroom, experience and exposure.
