In regular workout we start with warm up exercises followed by salutation series with difference variation then asana with focused on particular viz. abs, back, arms and legs, stretching, strength building etc.After rigorous asana workout we end the session with Pranayama and dynamic relaxation technique or meditation. At last but not the least as you can't realize the taste of food without having similarly you can't judge the magic of power yoga we offer without practice.Have a try and feel the difference.
