Private Pilot’s License Course

This license can be used only for hobby intention flying. This can be acquired, only on individual's propensity, between the time outlines of eight months from the first flight of the candidate, on the condition that the SPL has been done. The rest of the requirements are same as for the SPL.

Duration of the Course: 08-12 months
Course Type: Full or part time as needed
Prerequisite: SPL, FRTOL (R)
Training on Ground: Two Hundred hrs
Training of Flying: sixty hrs
Exam: three theory papers flying test during Daytime
License: will be issued by the DGCA, ministry of civil-aviation, government of India

This special training course can be done by the person who is interested in becoming a licensed pilot in preparation for a latest training programme like CPL, for business transport, or just to have the fun the independence and enjoyment of flying. On completing this program, a person gets licensed to work as pilot in command of aircraft carrying passengers or possessions but not for money or hire.
