Professional Development Programme:Conflict Management

Conflict is present in every organization, and if people are resolving their conflicts with win-win outcomes, the result is effective teamwork. But if conflicts aren't resolved, working relationships erode and the result is a growing morale problem that needs attention. This course teaches participants how to manage emotions during conflict while working collaboratively toward a win/win resolution.
Participants will complete a conflict style assessment, learn the five styles of conflict, and identify their dominant style.
