Reflexology Course

The course review anatomy and physiology of the body systems and their corresponding reflexes. Students will explore anatomy and pathologies of the hand. They will learn how to provide a complete hand reflexology session.
By the end of the course the student will be able to:
1. Define reflexology and explain zone theory to their clients.
2. List the functions and organs of the following body systems: skeletal, muscular, endocrine, urinary, digestive, reproductive, respiratory, immune/lymphatic and nervous.
3. Examine the hand for pathological conditions and document such conditions following the supplied charting example.
4. Locate and label the reflexes on all surfaces of the hands.
