T.O.T. builds up applicant's abilities as S.E.W.A. applicants so that they can take on different trainings using various participatory teaching techniques. The period of the program is for eight days. The semesters are available in gujrati. The method of teaching is lectures, gaming, video, etc. and the applicants are students of S.E.W.A.
