The examination will confirm that the successful student has knowledge & skills required to configured & troubleshoot Cisco IOS router running Quality of Services protocol in Services Providers & Enterprise environment. The examination covers subjects on IP QOS, classifications & marking Mechanism, queuing mechanism, traffic shaping & policing mechanism, congestions avoidance mechanism, links efficiency mechanism, modular QOS command line interfaces, and QOS Best Practice.

Cisco Voice over IP v6.0 offers an understanding of converge voices & data network and also the challenge faced by the different network methodologies. The programs also provide networks administrator & network engineer with the knowledge & skill essential to integrates gateway & gatekeeper into an enterprises VoIP networks. This program is one of several programs in the Cisco CCVP tracks that address designing, planning, & deployment practice and provide complete hands on experiences in configurations & deployment of VoIP network.

TUC provides network experts with the knowledge & skills essential to troubleshoot Unified Communication System or solution in Enterprises, Mid Market, & Commercial deployment. TUC educates troubleshooting technology, triages, resource, and tool, and fixes at the incorporated Systems / Solution levels, and for components which includes such as Cisco Unified Call Managers, Cisco Unities, videoconferencing, & infrastructures).

CIPT1 v4.1 planned you for install, configure, & maintaining Cisco IP telephony solutions. This program focus mainly on Cisco Call Manager, the call routing & signaling components for the Cisco IP telephony solutions. This program comprises lab practices where you will installs & configure Cisco Call Manager; configure gateway, gatekeeper and switch and build routes plan to place intra and intercluster Cisco IP phone call.

The CIPT Part II program focuses on Cisco Call Manager advanced characteristics & options. These characteristics includes point to point video call for appropriate video enable endpoint as well as video conferencing, Cisco Call Manager Attendant Consoles, IP Softphones & extension Mobilities, security characteristics for hardening of application & hardware for VoIPs, & command line tool and monitoring device that Cisco offers for troubleshooting voices & data network.

The Gateway Gatekeeper examinations evaluate the knowledge of the System Engineer on the implementations of Cisco gateway & gatekeeper to integrate a VoIP networks to both PSTNs & TDMs equipments. This comprises implementing dial plan & advanced gateway characteristics such as SRST & DSP farm. The examination also covers executing gatekeeper & directory gatekeeper to provides hierarchical dial plans resolutions & call admission controls.
