Persona wellness programme's main target is the perfect and symmetrical balance of the body, mind and spirit. This is a combination of body exercises, meditation, breathing ,eating the right food and positive thinking. Instructors in Persona helps clients to achieve this. They counseled each clients separately and then prepare diet chart and fitness programme for them.
Guidelines for the clients includes the following
Physical fitness includes workouts and fitness regime
Meditation trains candidates in different methods of meditation and breathing
Nutrition comprises of healthy eating, high energy food supplements, modification of diet.
In addition to this, candidates are CD's to continue the practice
