This is a fitness course especially designed for the formation of a hard rock like body, toughness of the mind and the endurance at the extreme. This training aims at making the participants fully fit to practice various sports such as ultra marathons, adventure races, triathlons, and games. Those who have recently benefited from this course also includes the present National women's Bowling Champion. Our Mantra during this training is hard work, no soft-pedaling, no mercy,. And all this training results into fit, pure thrill and absolute bliss.
Those who are specially welcomed are: VLCCs (Very Large Crude Carriers)
Daily fitness sessions are done at the Sri Kanteerava Stadium in Bangalore. The timings are 6AM to 8AM
