About this course
Students applying for RYT 500 level course must provide the certificate of an RYS 200 school registered with Yoga Alliance. Applicants should have practised yoga consistently for at least 1 year prior to the course and should be able to demonstrate a general level of health and fitness.

Lifestyle and Philosophy of Yoga
Role of anatomy & physiology in Yoga
Chanting in sanskrit
Advanced asana
Mudra and Bandha and Kriya
Candidates are trained in the theoretical views of Yoga. They prepare assignments and they practised by themselves
