Nasya
It is the cleaning of head. This treatment is related to Raktha dhatu

Paschatkarma
This is a treatment for Dhumapana,Gandoosha and Kabala,Mukhalepa,Aschyothana,Anjana

Abhayangam
It is the application of oil. This ayurvedic massage is fruitful for those suffering from vata predominant diseases, loss of skin texture, insomia, fatigue etc
