Course programme

These courses are developed for four to eight weeks and are offered in two languages English & Kannada. Participants include workers of companies, staff housewives non-governmental organizations, students, doctors, teachers and other professionals on a broad age group (18 years to 78 years).

The interpersonal communication and listening skills

This is a self awareness course that teaches you how to develop the skills you need to be a critical listener and how to respond appropriately to speakers. In this program you will have the opportunity to visit with a listening expert and practice skills in a work environment. Both activities will help you improve your listening skills and decrease listening problems in the workplace.This is a 40-hour program conducted over a period of 6-7 weeks with three sessions of one hour twice a week.

This course available in Bangalore center, Mondays and Thursdays from 10:30 to 13:30. This course is available three or four times a year, mainly in January, July and October.

The goal of this course is develop your personal and professional growth, develop basic communication and listening skills and the information of some few relevant tools for self-awareness.

This course is for managers and supervisors who are interested in improving their listening skills. This course is a nature experience, with emphasis on putting theory into practice.

Interpersonal Relationship Skills
