The programme is spread over four semesters. The following is the scheme of studies for each semester of the programme.
First year
Semester I
1. Principles and Practice of Management

Concurrent fieldwork: Students will undertake field visits to selected industries to develop an understanding of organizational setting. The concurrent fieldwork will be undertaken on two days a week. The student has to submit a report of the work carried out by her during the project. A panel of examiners will evaluate the work done by the student. The project carries 100 marks.

Research Project
Each student is required to select a research topic and work under the guidance of a mentor from the middle of the second semester. There is a mid term evaluation of the project in the middle of the third semester. A panel of examiners will do the final evaluation of the project. The project carries 200 marks.
